Join The Rise NYC, a community driven pop-up fitness group, for an early morning boot camp. Rotations through exercises like crunches, planks, push-ups, burpees, and mountain climbers ensure a mixture of cardio and strength training that will keep you seeing results, and coming back.
Classes are held weekly, year-round, 7am-7:30am on the Fifth Avenue Terrace. No equipment necessary; smiles and high-fives encouraged!
