This summer, our free Tuesday morning yoga class is back on the Upper Terrace! Please register for each class and bring your own mat (the park does not provide yoga mats). We also recommend bringing water and a towel. Our yoga classes are appropriate for all levels of practice.
Jacqui Bongiovani, RYT 200, is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher. She received her certification in Thailand on the mystical island of Koh Phangan. She is also a Health & Wellness Coach who guides women to realize their innate wisdom, inner power, and true potential.
Jacqui's teaching style emphasizes the importance of breath, awareness, and intention. She leads mindful, restorative classes that explore movement and stillness, while fostering a deeper understanding of the connections between mind, body, and spirit.
With a focus on inclusivity, Jacqui is committed to creating a welcoming space for all to rest, relax, and reset, regardless of experience or skill level. Through the container of her teaching, she invites each student to tap into their intuition, deepen their presence, and embody their practice to live in harmony with life and connect with the truth of their being.
